Valued Properties, LLC is a full service investment property consulting and management firm that will partner with you to grow your investment property into a profitable investment. We provide expert property management for individual homes, condos, multi-family dwellings, apartment buildings, and associations. Our goal is to maximize the return for our clients while providing a great living experience for their tenants. We do so by removing the day-to-day headaches involved with owning an investment property by simplifying the process for our clients.

We offer development and consulting services to complement our property management services to ensure you have a dependable single source to manage and maximize the value of your investment property. Property management is not simply finding tenants and collecting rent payments. In addition to finding the BEST tenants, there are bills to pay, maintenance to perform on the building and the property, tenant correspondence, preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports, also handling all the procedures involved with evictions should they arise.

Valued Properties, LLC responds to property inquiries/questions, scheduling and conducting property viewings, taking lease applications and application fees. Performing background/credit checks, recommending tenant selection, drafting, and executing leases. Collecting security deposits and first month's rent, issuing keys (key fee is a cost of the property owner), conducting move-In, walk through, and Collecting rent corresponding with each tenant. Accounting, Bookkeeping, Creating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Filing documents, [making bank deposits (optional), Paying bills for mortgage, utilities, insurance, property taxes, HOA fees and maintenance (all optional)]. We perform maintenance Scheduling and managing all property maintenance, identifying alternative contractors, and obtaining maintenance bids. Inspecting contractor work, paying contractors upon the owner's approval, manage annual menu of property maintenance services (gutter cleaning, HVAC inspection and service, painting, window cleaning, appliance inspection, etc.).
