Client Reporting Systems
Our corporate and local resources will be readily available on a frequent basis for quality control as well as instantly in the event of an emergency.
Our Corporate Staff are required to perform full property inspections, monitor performance and progress toward the owners objectives and the achievements of Valued Properties Standards.
Valued Properties Senior Management Staff conducts Performance Management Reviews on an annual basis. This Performance Management Review examines operations and includes interviews with selected tenants on each project. items such as, customer service, lease administration, and contract and engineering services are evaluated during the review process.
